GEAR-OL
GEAR-OL is proven performance extreme pressure industrial gear oils, formulated with highly refined g-II-g-III base oils and sulfur-phosphorus additive technology. There is a multiplicity of gear units available today, which vary in design, speed, materials, loading characteristics, operating temperatures and method of application. The trend towards gear manufacture has resulted in higher capacity power transmission from smaller units that are more compacts.
All of these might be lubricated by splash feed, pump feed or oil bath. To meet these varying demands the GEAR-OL is range of industrial gear oils have been formulated using high quality solvent refined base oils and extreme pressure additives. They are available in varying viscosities to meet the exact demands of gearbox requirements.

HYDRO-OL (SYN)
Hydro-OL ISO VG HYDRAULIC OILS are premium quality multi-purpose lubricating and circulating fluids that are designed for industrial power transmission system which protect equipment from corrosion, rust and foaming. They contain inhibitors that act against wear, corrosion, and oxidation and oxidation and sludge formation.
Hydro-OL ISO VG AW-68 HYDRAULIC OILS can be used in a wide variety of application, ranging from circulation system, gear and bearing, hydraulic systems where recommended ISO viscosity grades.

SPINDLE OIL
Spindle Oil is Low viscosity spindle bearing oil formulated from highly refined mineral oil, anti-wear agents and rust and oxidation inhibitors. Designed for the lubrication of high-speed textile machines and automated machine tools The Spindle Series oils are premium performance products primarily designed for the lubrication of high-speed spindles in machine tools. They are also used in some critical hydraulic, circulation systems and airline oilers where the appropriate viscosity grade is selected. They are formulated from select high quality, low viscosity base oils and additives that impart good resistance to oxidation and protection from rust and corrosion. They possess very good resistance to foaming and separate readily from water.

COMPRESSOR OIL
Synthetic Compressor Oil ISO VG SERIES COMPRESSOR OIL has been formulated from highly refined synthetic paraffinic base oils and high performance additives to provide outstanding lubrication in a variety of rotary and reciprocating air compressors. All ISO viscosity grades are formulated with outstanding oxidation performance, wear protection, resistance to rust and corrosion, rapid water separation and foam control.

TRANSFORMER OIL
Transformer oils pure mineral blends based specially refined and carefully selected ingredients to provide electrical as well as thermal insulation to the coils of transformers, switches, circuit breakers etc., and electrical as well as mechanical components. Although blended according to the IEC Class I and Class II specification, the characteristics of Transformer Oil are modified to suit the particular climatic requirements of Pakistan, with remarkable resistance oxidation and gas formation. It possesses appropriate dielectric properties minimizing power loss. Stabilized against all degradation including breakdown under high voltages, these oils meet the international standards.

HEAT TRANSFER OIL
HEAT-Transfer Oil is designed to meet modern heat-transfer applications. Blended with a specially selected thermally stable mineral oils and antioxidant additive. It is geared to withstand the temperatures encountered in heat-transfer applications.
HEAT-Transfer Oil is selected paraffinic heat-transfer fluids for use in closed up pressurized heat-transfer operations such as those used in asphalt plant, chemical plants and other processing installations that experience temperatures up to 13 C with spikes of 315 C. For a heat exchanger operating under turbulent flow conditions, a low viscosity version of HEAT-Transfer Oil is generally preferable. HEAT-Transfer Oil is suitable where high viscosities are specially recommended.

High dropping point and excellent mechanical stability combine to minimize leakage from bearing even under high operating temperatures. LITHIUM resists water wash-out. It has superior adhesion to metal and unusually high oxidation stability, insuring long service. In addition, it provides good rust protection. LITHIUM is recommended for all points requiring grease on passenger cars, trucks, buses, trailers and farm tractors.
